* (AER) total insurance for Toyota Rav 4, Toyota Hi -Lux, Toyota Hiace, Toyota Prado (5 passangers), Dodge Caravan will cost US $20 extra per day.

* (AER) total insurance for a Toyota Prado (7 passengers - standard), will cost $25 per day extra.

* Toyota Prado (7 persons - full option) will cost $30 per day extra.
